Easter Sunday is this weekend! So what are Utah’s ski resorts doing to celebrate?
Allow us to elaborate.

Let’s start with Park City Mountain Resort.
At 9 a.m. on Sunday, a special Easter egg hunt will kick off for kids aged 6 and under in the Resort Kid’s Korral. Older kids and adults can participate in the Easter Egg Hunt on the First Time Face. The annual “Hunt for the Golden Egg” will be all over the mountain. Inside two golden eggs will be 2012-13 season passes. Eggs that aren’t gold will hold prizes for the 2012 summer activities, lift tickets for next year among others. There will be hot cocoa, coffee and pastries served to participants.
Canyons Resort is hosting a free Easter egg hunt on Sunday. It will begin at 11 a.m. in the Resort Village. Just meet at the Umbrella Bar deck and don’t forget to bring a basket to collect eggs. There will be two egg hunts for different age groups: infant – 4 and 5 – 10.
Next up: Deer Valley. The Easter Bunny visits Deer Valley! The event will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Snow Park Lodge. See more details as they become available.
Snowbasin is also expecting a visit from the Easter Bunny. Two Easter egg hunts will be on Sunday: kids up to 5 at 10 a.m. and kids between 6 – 10 at 11 a.m. The hunts will start on the north-east side of the Grizzly Center.
Solitude will receive a visit from Peter Cottontail at the Moonbeam Center on Sunday, complete with an egg hunt as well.
If you want a full day of festivities, Snowbird may be a good option. Snowbird will have their annual interdenominational sunrise service at Hidden Peak starting at 6:59 a.m. Tram service will run for this between 5:30 and 6:30–you’ll want to be in line before 6. Meet at the Plaza Deck before the Chickadee run hosts the Easter egg hunt at 9 a.m. There are three age divisions up to age 11.
Aerie Restaurant at Snowbird will have Easter Brunch at 11 a.m. as well. Click here to book a reservation or call (801) 933-2181.
See? There are plenty of choices if you’re looking to an Easter at one of Utah’s ski resorts! Which one will you pick?

This is by far the best place on earth for Easter, the weather is beautiful, even though it snowed today!
